McCurtain Memorial Hospitals' dietary Director, Gina Segraves, announced on Sunday that rates in the MMH cafe would increase on December 26 to $6.00.

We want to continue to provide wholesome, great food to our staff and the public.

Segraves said for years that MMH has allowed outside food orders and in March 2022, dropped the price to $4 per plate - the same rate employees of the hospital pay. She stated that with the rise in food cost, she simply wants her department to break even and is not concerned with a profit.

"We want to continue to provide wholesome, great food to our staff and the public." Segraves said.

On December 26, the price per plate for the public will increase to $6 plus applicable tax. The cost to employees of MMH will remain the same.

The cafe will open back to the public beginning Wednesday, December 14. The cafe serves a full breakfast each day of the week and lunch from 11:30AM to 1:00PM. The cafe also has a full grill menu that is available online.

Orders may be placed by calling 580-208-3185.

Soon, orders may be placed online and employees will be required to purchase meal cards to speed the serving line up. Be watching for future launch dates.
