For the last two years, I have had the incredible opportunity to lead your hospital. I have truly counted this incredible privilege as an honor for it has afforded me a chance to work alongside some of the greatest people in health care. As I've said before, I took on more than a job when I arrived here, I also took on a new family.
Christmas is and always has been my favorite holiday. From the decorating of our home, to family gatherings, opening presents, and all the joy the season brings - I'm never short on recognizing all that God has blessed me with. It is truly my prayer today that you feel that same peace that this season brings.
Outside of all the gifts, food and even family and friends, I pray you never lose sight of the real reason we celebrate: Jesus Christ.
I thank God for His Son, Jesus. For it is Him and Him alone that we celebrate.
To all of my MMH family, thank you for all you do for me, our hospital, patients and community. I know some of you will be working tonight and tomorrow and I thank you for the sacrifice you have made. I pray Gods blessings over each of you.
To all, Merry Christmas, from my family to yours.
Merry Christmas,
